Shipping Policy 
Sports Speed, Etc, Inc. uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipping within the United States and Internationally. The shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and where you live. In other words, the heavier your package is and the further away you are from our location, the more shipping charge will be. This method of calculation ensures that you only pay for what you are getting. All domestic packages containing training equipment over 1 lb is shipped via UPS. All International packages can not be tracked once they leave US customs. All international packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service

Please note that a handling fee applies to all orders. 

Sports Speed, Etc., Inc. carries most items in stock and we generally ship within 2 days of receiving your order. For back ordered items not in stock, orders are processed within 7 to 14 days, depending on how quickly we can get the items from the manufactures. We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible. 

Return Policy 
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply send it back in a new, unused condition and we will refund your payment. Please keep your receipt and call us at 765.238.2085 or e-mail us at sales@sportsspeedetc.com if you experience any problems. Sports Speed, Etc., Inc. does not issue credit refund for shipping charges. 

Software, Digital Products 
Electronic/digital/software ie: e-books, are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Defective Digital Products

Although all DVDs are checked before they are sent to you, DVDs are occasionally damaged in transit. If you receive a DVD that skips, try wiping the disc from its center to outer edge (never in a circular motion) with a clean, lint-free cloth. Dust particles are also a common cause for most playback problems. If cleaning doesn't solve your problem, email us at orders@sportsspeedetc.com. If customer service cannot solve your problem, we will replace a defective product with a new one, if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the defective DVD (please note: defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for a different item).
